Steve Poland is the Executive Chef for Divide Ranch & Club. In addition to being the Executive Chef for the restaurant at the new Clubhouse, Divide's owners will have access to culinary classes and in-home party catering. Area residents will be able to take advantage of monthly cooking classes. Steve's cooking style is best described as American Bistro-style cuisine, and is also accomplished at preparing Southwestern Style and Pacific Rim dishes.
